ACCG has provided retirement plan services to jurisdictions throughout Georgia since 1968.  The Defined Benefit Program is managed by a nine-member Board of Trustees appointed by the ACCG Board of Managers, and is comprised of county elected and appointed officials.

GEBCorp offers public employers the following services:

• 457 Deferred Compensation Plan
• 401(a) Defined Contribution Plan
• Defined Benefit Plan

GEBCorp is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Association County Commissioners of Georgia (“ACCG”).

GEBCorp was created for three primary reasons:

1. Provide local, personal service to the ACCG 457 Deferred Compensation Program and 401(a) Defined Contribution Program by finding or creating an alternative to the existing programs;

2. Strengthen ACCG’s control over the type and quality of service, required from its members and their employees, for the 457, 401(a) and defined benefit programs; and

3. Integrate the service and administration of all types of plans to the maximum extent possible.

The ACCG Board of Managers appoints a Board of Directors that manages GEBCorp with an eye toward increasing efficiency, competitiveness and service to Georgia’s counties, county employees, and other public entities.

Take I-20 East to exit 51B (285 toward Chattanooga/Greenville), merge onto I-285N.
