Randy serves as the Director of the Membership Services for the Association County Commissioners of Georgia.  Over the last 20 years he has worked for, or provided technical assistance to local governments.   He has environmental management experience including watershed planning, policy development at the federal, state, and local level, and has directed the operations of a publicly owned and operated integrated solid waste management authority.
 
As the former Director of the Office of Environmental Management at the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, Randy directed the Department’s local government environmental technical assistance program.  Through programs like Keep Georgia Beautiful, his office has been instrumental in forming partnerships to develop statewide environmental education and infrastructure resources addressing water, air, and solid waste issues.  He served as the lead coordinator of the Governor’s 2006 Litter Prevention and Abatement Team and was also responsible for implementing Georgia’s nationally recognized recycling strategy including the state’s first statewide recycling marketing effort –- I Don’t Recycle – You Gottabekidding.org campaign.

Dave Wills is the Government Relations Manager for the Association County Commissions of Georgia, utilizing fourteen years experience in elective office to assist Georgia’s 159 counties on a wide variety of issues.
 
His background includes a two-year term (1991-92) as the District 3 representative on the Webster County Commission and twelve years as Chairman (1997-2009). Wills has served as a member of the Georgia Water Management Campaign (1998-2001); Association County Commissioners of Georgia Board of Managers (2000 – 2006); Supervisor for the Lower Chattahoochee Soil and Water Conservation District (2001 – 2005); member of the Institute for Georgia Environmental Leadership (2003 – 2004); member of the Board of Directors of the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority (April, 2005-2008); and a member and Chairman of the Middle Flint Regional Development Center Board of Directors, (1997-2009). Wills also has 25+ years of experience as a self-employed farmer, engaged in the production of row crops and swine.

Robinson's background includes 20 years of service with the Office of the Secretary of State.  He served in various roles including the Director of Administration (June 2002 – October 2006) and Assistant Director of Corporations (April 1997 - May 2002).  As Director of Administration, he oversaw the operations of several departments within the Office of Secretary of State, including Human Resources, Accounting, Purchasing/Procurement and Administrative Services.   In his role as Assistant Director of Corporations, he is credited with transforming this office from a paper-based agency to one of the most efficient and technology-friendly agencies in state government.  Since 2007, he has worked in the private sector as the owner of a realty and financial services company.
 
Robinson attended Georgia State University from 1986 - 1989 and earned Associate's Degree in Applied Science - Computer Information System in 1994 from DeKalb Technical College.
 
A native of Atlanta, Robinson now lives in DeKalb County (Stone Mountain) with his wife, Tabatha, who works for DeKalb County government.  They have two children and are members of Faith Family Worship Cathedral in Austell.

Jeff Christie is a public service faculty member with the University of Georgia Cooperative Extension.  Since 2007,he has held a joint staff appointment as UGA Cooperative Extension Liaison to the Association County Commissioners of Georgia (ACCG) and statewide Coordinator of the Extension Leadership System (ELS).  As liaison, the candidate works as a staff member of both organizations.  He interacts with the leadership of both organizations in an effort to facilitate and strengthen the partnership of county governments and county Cooperative Extension programs.  He facilitates communication and discussion between the two organizations and examines ways each one can help the other to meet its mission mandates and objectives.  He publishes and disseminates educational information to, and on behalf of, both organizations through a variety of media.

As Coordinator of the University of Georgia Extension Leadership System (ELS), Mr. Christie collaborates with a team of Program Development Specialists and Coordinators to train and work with county Extension Agents in developing local networks of support and advocacy for Cooperative Extension.  He assists in the development of training curriculum and resources for use by county faculty and collaborates with Extension administration to achieve full implementation of ELS.
Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Christie served nine years working with youth as a County Extension 4-H Agent in several Georgia counties, and also five years as a high school teacher and coach.  He holds a Master of Science degree in Conservation Ecology and Sustainable Development from the University of Georgia. 

He resides in Watkinsville, GA, with his wife Tina, their son Reilly, and their two dogs.
