Employee Benefits Statements
The ACCG Pension Board offers employee benefit communications via Select Benefit Consultants, Inc. (SBC). SBC produces personalized benefit statements as a cost-effective way to communicate to your employees the value of their total compensations package. County governments spend hundreds of thousands, or even millions, of dollars to provide statutory and fringe benefits to their employees. Unfortunately, employees are often confused about their benefits. Industry studies show that while employees receive thousands of dollars in benefits annually, most have no idea of the value of those benefits.
For a nominal fee the ACCG Pension Board through SBC can provide each of your employees with a personalized employee benefit statement. These statements will improve morale, and will communicate in understandable language all that you are doing for them.
Laborchex Employment Screening (Website: http://www.ACCGInsurance.com )
ACCG offers a service to assist counties with screening of potential and current employees. Through a partnership with Laborchex, counties have access to an automated web-based system to perform various types of background checks, such as criminal records, motor vehicle records, educational credentials, professional licenses, POST certifications, personal and professional references, employment verification, social security number verifications and credit histories.
