ACCG recently examined the information that was submitted by each county, city and regional authority to the Department of Audit and Accounts for the “Annual Report of 911 Collections and Expenditures” for FY 07-08. 

The ACCG analysis of this data allows counties to compare the collections of 911 revenues and expenditures to counties with similar demographics.  Counties are encouraged to review this data and conduct a comparative analysis of the county’s operations.

The columns labeled: Land Line Revenue Per Capita, Wireless Revenue Per Capita, Other Revenues, Percentage of Revenues Transferred to 911, Percentage of Total Revenues Land Line Revenues Make-Up, Percentage of Total Revenues Other Revenues Make-Up, and Total Expenditure Per Capita were derived using the collected data and county/city populations.
