Governor Sonny Perdue recently signed SB 346, which was recognized as the property tax reform legislation during the 2010 legislative session.  ACCG closely followed and provided information to the Senate Property Tax Study Committee and worked closely with Senator Chip Rogers on SB 346.  The legislation brings more transparency and clarity to both the appraisal and appeal process.
