Consistent with the recently enacted Senate Bill 380 [O.C.G.A. 50-23-28.1(b)], the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) is notifying all interested parties that GEFA is accepting applications for loans to local governments for expanding and increasing the capacity of existing reservoirs. Funding is available through the Georgia Reservoir and Water Supply Fund for reservoir expansion projects. Any interested party may submit an application at any time.
