Please join Governor Nathan Deal and many of your colleagues and friends from across the state in 
Tifton on Wednesday, October 12th for a day of CELEBRATING RURAL GEORGIA.  We will celebrate our 
past successes, fast forward to a discussion of future opportunities and end with a facilitated discussion 
on the FUTURE OF RURAL GEORGIA!    
 
 This special event will be held at the University of Georgia Tifton Campus Conference Center  with a 
networking opportunity from 9 AM until 10 AM followed by an official conference kick]off and welcome 
led by DCA Commissioner Mike Beatty.   
 
Regular registration of $25.00 covers a networking breakfast on Wednesday, buffet lunch on 
Wednesday and all concurrent sessions.   To encourage communities to expand and strengthen local 
partnerships, team discounts of $20 per participant are available to all entities sending three or more 
individuals as a team!
