In order for county attorneys to be able to share legal documents, ACCG created a document bank. The purpose of this bank is to include a repository of legal documents that county attorneys can adapt and use in their county such as ordinances, resolutions, proclamations, contracts, interpleaders, etc. The document bank is password protected and only county attorneys and ACCG legal staff have access. County attorneys will be able to search and use documents that have been provided and to contribute to the collection. Once you have been provided access to the document bank, ACCG will provide you with instructions on how to use the bank and the procedure for uploading documents. If you would like access to the document bank, please email Natalie Fitzgerald at firstname.lastname@example.org and include “document bank” in the subject line. ACCG reserves the right to deny access to anyone requesting access to the document bank or to anyone who misuses the document bank.
