HB 85, Judicial Compensation Reform, reforms the compensation structure for Superior Court Judges and could impact any other county positions tied to the Superior Court Judges Salary.  The goal of the legislation is to shift salary costs for the Superior Court Judges from the counties to the state; however, there could be unintended consequences.
